Guide the flying squirrel to find rhyming words, dolch sight words, letters numbers shapes or colors. Touch the words to hear them, get points for matching the rhyming words. Avoid the hawks and snakes by flying up and down. Matching rhyming words are a good way to learn to read phonetically.
You fly the squirrel by touching, there are many walnuts that have words in them. If you touch a walnut it says the word. You are trying to find words that rhyme with the word in the upper left corner. If you pick those words you get points. You can change the word to match by pushing the Restart button in the lower right corner.
If you turn on hawks or snakes, you have to avoid them, making the game harder. If you hit a snake or a hawk, or the hawk hits you, the game ends.
After flying the squirrel try popping bubbles.
Learn letters, numbers, colors, and shapes while having fun popping bubbles. Touch the bubble to pop. Learn uppercase and lowercase letters; numbers up to 15; the shapes including triangle square, diamond, rectangle, and oval; and the colors including red, green, blue, yellow, pink, purple, orange, brown, and black. There are 4 modes, with bubbles going up, bubbles rotating to reveal the item and hide it, bubbles going across, and bubbles that spin the items around like a spinning plate.
Then go to the carnival to shoot at balloons, flipping plates, model airplanes, and spinning plates, by positioning the sight over the target and pushing the button in the lower left corner of the screen. Each scene has a word like ‘square’ on the left top of the screen. You only get points if you hit the balloons, plates, and airplanes with the banner that rhymes with the word on the top left. The program has an American speaker who says the words as you position the sight on the word. Make sure to only hit words that rhyme with the indicated word in the top left corner. You move the cursor to the target, then press again to fire, or use two hands: moving the cursor with one finger and pressing the big orange button with a finger from another hand.
When you are done learning words, letters, numbers and shapes, start up the Run Bunny Home Game, and hop from platform to platform.
Help the bouncing bunny get home, jumping from platform to platform, pick up eggs, eat carrots, and bounce balloons, pick up your baby bunnies to get points along the way. This version is made for kids and does not have any advertisements, or in app purchases. All the levels are available from the home menu without passing the previous levels to make the game easier to play.
Do not fall off the boards as you get home. The levels get harder with narrow platforms and bouncy boards that fall when you bounce on them.
You direct the bunny by touching the screen, touch toward the upper right of the screen to go forward and jump, touch toward the upper left to go backwards and jump. You can jump once in midair after you leave the platform. This version adds bouncing once more after hitting a balloon. The higher on the screen you touch the harder the bunny jumps. Touch lower on the screen to not jump as much for delicate motions. Touch toward the left to go backwards and slow the bunny down on a hop. The jumping force depends on the distance and direction from the bottom center of the screen.
To make a small movement touch closer to the bottom center, for a strong jump, touch closer to the edges. Touch higher for a higher jump. You can use two fingers to get fine control forward and back.
